Are your products made in the USA?

Our designs are created in the United States and printed or embroidered once you place your order. Blank garments and materials may be sourced from trusted global manufacturers, but the design and finishing process takes place in the U.S.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a size guide on the product page to help you find the best fit. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own for the most accurate sizing.

Why do colors sometimes look slightly different in person?

Colors can appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. While we do our best to display products accurately, small variations can occur.

How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your apparel looking great:

  • Turn garments inside out before washing
  • Wash in cold water with similar colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Avoid ironing directly on printed designs

Following these steps will help your items stay vibrant and last longer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our physical products are made to order just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping time varies depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Some items in our store are produced at different facilities to ensure the best quality for each product. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry, your tracking emails will keep you updated.

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a download link so you can access your files right away. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you have trouble downloading your files or accessing them, please reach out and we’ll gladly help.
